Remarks Paternal Grandfather. This cell line many be polyclonal as indicated by the proportion of IgL kappa (65%) compared to total IgL expression determined by cDNA microarray (see PMID: 14583597). This proportion is within the range observed for peripheral blood lymphocytes (60-70%) and is similar to that (60%) seen in polyclonal B-cells (see PMID: 404386).
