Remarks |
Retinal pigmented epithelial line RPE-28 was initiated using explants of retinal tissue from a fetus of 13 cm crown-rump length obtained 10/13/81. The cell morphology is epithelial-like. The karyotpye is 46,XY; normal diploid male. An SV40-transformed cell line from this same donor is AG06096A. |
