Remarks |
The donor is 50% at risk for Alzheimer's disease. Donor's deceased father, paternal grandmother, and paternal great grandfather were affected. The culture was initiated on 10/12/88 by transformation of lymphocytes with Epstein Barr virus. The cells grow in suspension and their morphology is spherical. Donor's mother is AG09095 and her at-risk siblings are AG09097 and AG10279. |
