South Jersey Biz, a local magazine covering business in South Jersey, included Kathryn H. Driesbaugh, PhD, in their 2017 list of “Who’s Who in Health Care” and featured her on the cover of the issue.
Driesbaugh started at Coriell just a couple of months ago and serves as the program manager for the Huntington’s Disease (HD) Community Repository and the National Eye Institute (NEI) Age-Related Eye Disease Study (AREDS) Repository. Before coming to Coriell, Driesbaugh completed a joint postdoctoral fellowship at the University of Pennsylvania in the department of Surgery and the Children's Hospital of Philadelphia in department of Pediatric Cardiology where she studied genetic and molecular mechanisms associated with cardiac valve diseases using a biobank of cardiac surgical specimens.
