New! HLA58 Human Leukocyte Antigen Reference Panel
Selected based on their relevance for testing of the human leukocyte antigen (HLA) loci, the highly-characterized DNA samples in this panel have each been extracted from 58 ethnically diverse cell lines from the NIGMS Human Genetic Cell Repository. These samples were characterized in a collaborative effort involving the CDC Genetic Testing Reference Materials Coordination Program (Get-RM), 3 clinical laboratories, and the NIGMS Repository. New! NAiPSC Human iPSC Parental Cell Line DNA Panel
To facilitate research on human induced pluripotent stem cells (hiPSC), the NIGMS Repository now offers a panel of DNA extracted from a diverse collection of cell lines used to create gold standard hiPSCs with a variety of reprogramming techniques. The DNA is derived from cell lines established from apparently healthy individuals or from individuals affected with heritable diseases. Please click here to view the product page.
