Chromosomal Aberrations

Karyotypes of all cultures in this collection have been verified by NIGMS Repository staff after recovery of seed stock cultures from liquid nitrogen storage. Additionally, many chromosomal aberration samples have been analyzed on the Affymetrix Genome-Wide Human SNP Array 6.0 platform.

Click on the chromosome of interest to view NIGMS Repository samples with copy number variants (CNVs) on that chromosome. A new window or tab will display the Coriell CNVs Track and the OMIM Genes Track on the UCSC Genome Browser. Users can modify the display and search terms directly within the UCSC Genome Browser. It is also possible to view the Coriell CNVs Track by directly accessing the UCSC Genome Browser at and selecting the desired display mode for "Coriell CNVs" under the "Phenotype and Disease Associations" heading.

Please note that it will be necessary to return from the UCSC Genome Browser website to the NIGMS Repository Catalog on this website to view additional sample information and/or order samples.
