Coriell Trustee Receives Prestigious Award for Philanthropy in Arts and Humanities

Congratulations to Frank Giordano, a longstanding member of Coriell's Board of Trustees, for being awarded the Crystal Award from Philadelphia's historic Union League.

This prestigious honor recognizes Giordano's enduring commitment to and tireless effort on behalf of the arts and humanities in our region.

Outside of his work with Coriell, Giordano is Executive Director of the United States Semiquincentennial Commission, President and Chief Executive Officer of the Philly POPS orchestra, and has led a life of philanthropy, utilizing his leadership skills to benefit many important causes and organizations.

Giordano is also president of Atlantic Trailer Leasing Corp., a Giordano family business that has been in operation since 1949.

Founded in the middle of the United States Civil War to advocate for and assist President Abraham Lincoln, the Union League is one of Philadelphia's most prominent clubs. Its thousands of members include leaders across many industries. Giordano served as its president from 2005-2006.
